SUMMARY:Spring Karting
DESCRIPTION:Join the MAR for some driving and competition at United Karting near BWI Airport. We will host a private FCA member session for seat time in a competition kart. The karts provide top level performance for the veteran pilot but are also easy to drive for the beginner. This will be a fun event for anyone learning competitive driving and a natural complement to our Club autocross events! \n\nKarting will take place from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm\, and we will also host a short pre-event rally to the karting track\, starting at 10:00 am in Fulton\, MD. After karting we will adjourn to a local restaurant for lunch. \nNOTE: Even if you are not interested in karting\, you are still welcome and encouraged to join us for the pre-karting drive\, stay to watch the action and join us for lunch! \nFor further information\, please contact Lashdeep Singh\, lashdeep@fca-mar.com.

Then we’ll hit the road\, taking in portions of the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway and enjoying some of the best back roads in central VA\, with lunch along the way. \nFor 2026\, we’re expanding this event with an optional dinner and overnight stay (hotel TBD).
